About the Role
The Content Creator is responsible for producing high-performance, native-first content across TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads.
This is not a fluffy “brand awareness” role.
You will be creating content designed to:
- Drive revenue
- Launch products
- Push campaigns
- Build hype
- Grow the Punters movement
You’ll work directly with the founder and marketing team to concept, shoot, and execute scroll-stopping content at scale.
This is a contract position with strong upside for the right operator.

Responsibilities
Content Production
- Shoot and produce short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
- Create paid ad creatives optimized for conversion
- Film product launches, giveaways, challenges, and on-course content
- Turn trending moments into brand-relevant executions
- Repurpose long-form footage into multiple high-performing cuts
Creative Strategy
- Pitch new hooks, concepts, and content angles weekly
- Study top-performing ads and reverse engineer why they work
- Build structured hook → problem → solution → CTA formats
- Understand how to create content that feels native, not like an ad
Performance & Optimization
- Analyze content performance (watch time, CTR, hook retention)
- Iterate quickly based on data
- Produce volume without sacrificing quality
- Test aggressively
Brand & Culture
- Maintain Punters tone — fun, sharp, confident, slightly unhinged but premium
- Represent the brand on and off camera
- Be comfortable being on camera when needed
- Protect the authenticity of the brand
Required Experience / Qualifications
- 1–3+ years creating short-form content
- Proven ability to create engaging, high-retention videos
- Strong understanding of TikTok & Instagram algorithms
- Basic editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
- Comfortable filming in dynamic environments (golf course, events, warehouse)
- Ability to work fast without hand-holding
